Elena Djokovic


     Elena Djokovic is an experienced volleyball player and emerging coach with over 15 years of high-level playing experience across U.S. Collegiate volleyball and European Leagues. During the 2023–2024 season, she served as both a Head and Assistant Coach with Warriors Athletics, working with 15U and 13U teams. Her coaching emphasized skill development, game IQ, a strong team culture, while also leading position-specific clinics and designing performance-focused conditioning programs for young athletes.

     Prior to coaching, Elena built an impressive playing career at the NCAA level. She began at Stetson University, where she competed as a Division I athlete and earned a long list of accolades, including:

 - ASUN Conference Scholar-Athlete of the Year (2021)
 - 2x Second Team All-ASUN Conference (2020, 2021)
 - 3x ASUN Player of the Week
 - ASUN All-Freshman Team (2019)
 - 4x ASUN Honor Roll
 - 3x CSC Academic All-District (2020, 2021, 2023)

     In her fifth year, she transferred to Florida Southern College, where she was named to the Third Team All-Sunshine State Conference and earned a spot on the SSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll, continuing her tradition of academic and athletic excellence.

     Elena’s volleyball journey began in Serbia, where she competed for top-tier clubs including VBC Parizan, VBC Vizura, and VBC Red Star.  She was selected for the Serbian Youth National Team and served as a team captain, earning praise for her leadership, adaptability and tireless work ethic.

     At Warriors Athletics, she brought that same passion and professionalism to her players—leading 3-hour skill clinics in hitting, blocking, serving, and defense, while mentoring athletes in both the technical and mental aspects of the game.  Known for her discipline, tactical insight, and commitment to player development, Elena is dedicated to shaping the next generation of volleyball talent.

     Elena holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Corporate Finance from Stetson University and a Master of Business Administration in Business Analytics from Florida Southern College, graduating with a 4.0 GPA in both programs.
